Made To Order (MTO)
Here at Celest’ we offer standard sizes and basic custom sizing. Even though a dress is made with your measurements, each person’s body is unique and your dress may still need additional alterations.
DELIVERY / LEAD TIME
The estimated lead-time of your order from our collection is between 8-10 weeks from the time the order is confirmed. 10-12 weeks for custom design/custom size. We advise ordering the dresses with ample time before your wedding/event date to allow for shipping and any alterations that may be needed.
RUSH ORDER
We can provide rush orders with lead times under 7 weeks contingent upon on our production schedule with an additional fee. All rush orders must be requested prior to ordering. Rush orders are subject to prior approval.
CUSTOMIZATION
Where you can customize and design your dress to suit your needs for an additional fee. These are subject for approval before confirmation of order/s.
•Hemming (shortening/lengthening) - 55” is our standard length, customers may send their preferred length.
•Add/Remove a slit. Additional fee ₱200
•Add/Remove sleeve. Additional fee ₱500
•Mix & match tops and bottoms on selected styles from our collection. Additional fee ₱500
•Basic Custom Size - Typically there will be a total of 3 fitting appointments with time in between to get the work done. Additional fee ₱800
•Custom style- Clients may send their own design. Price starts at ₱3,000
** Please note that for any dress designs chosen by the client which Celest’ is not the original designer, we cannot guarantee that the dress will be made 100% similar to the original design (only the original designer can do that). However, we will be able to recreate the dress with 85%-95% similarity to the original design.
SIZE CHART
You can take your measurements by yourself with the following guide or you can ask a friend to give you a hand. Our size charts serve as a sizing guide to help you figure out the best size for you. If you’re in between sizes, it is always better to select the bigger size to allow room for alterations. At first it may seem a bit daunting, but with a little patience and a good measuring tape, you will be able to get your own measurements easily enough.
